Key Responsibilities

You will take the helm of our research roadmap, defining what we build next in the realm of AI and wet-lab integration. Your days will involve designing and executing molecular biology, biochemistry, or genomics experiments designed to rigorously test our models. You will work side by side with our engineering team, turning complex experimental needs into clear computational requirements. Scaling our experiments means you will also implement lab automation and data pipelines to guarantee top-tier reproducibility. Ultimately, you will prototype computational tools and write code that seamlessly merges wet-lab data with machine learning workflows.

Requirements

We are looking for a senior scientist who brings deep laboratory expertise alongside a strong grasp of computational methods. You should feel entirely comfortable moving between the bench and the terminal, speaking fluent biology while understanding how machine learning models consume data. Experience with lab automation, genomics, or molecular assays is essential for this role. Since we move fast, your ability to thrive in an ambiguous, early-stage environment will dictate your success. Strong communication skills are a must because you will be bridging the gap between hardware, software, and wet-lab science every single day.
