Overview
If you have ever wanted to write code that actually fixes real-world chaos, this is your chance. Clera is building a powerful healthtech platform that streamlines staffing, scheduling, and clinical documentation for urgent cares and emergency departments. As a Forward Deployed Engineer joining our tight-knit, high-output team, you will not be sitting in a quiet corner just pushing commits. Instead, you will be right on the front lines, talking to medical directors, visiting hospitals, and turning messy clinical workflows into clean, reliable software. Even better, this position is fully remote and open to talented builders worldwide. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have a year of experience under your belt, we want to see what you can build.
