The Role: Forward Deployed Engineer - Sweden

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be a critical link between our pioneering AI technology and our valued enterprise customers. Your work will involve deep technical engagement, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the successful integration and deployment of ElevenLabs' powerful AI solutions. This role demands a blend of strong engineering fundamentals, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. While the role is remote and open worldwide, you will engage with a dynamic set of clients, including those in the Swedish market, helping them implement our transformative voice AI. You will be instrumental in ensuring our clients not only adopt our products but also derive maximum value, becoming true partners in their success.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary technical expert for ElevenLabs' products, guiding enterprise clients through complex integrations and solution architectures.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and strategic objectives, translating these into actionable implementation plans.
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, proofs-of-concept, and prototypes using ElevenLabs' APIs and platforms.
Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging assistance for client deployments, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
Work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and research teams to relay customer feedback, identify new opportunities, and influence future product development.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and integration guides to empower clients and partners.
Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client utilization and expand the impact of ElevenLabs' technology.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role, ideally with a focus on enterprise solutions.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, coupled with extensive experience in API integration and system architecture.
Demonstrated ability to debug complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and an understanding of scalable software deployments.
A deep curiosity for and understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly in the fields of natural language processing, speech synthesis, or audio processing.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfort working independently within a distributed, global team structure.
