Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Mexico, you will act as the crucial bridge between our cutting-edge AI research and our enterprise clients. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico while collaborating with a world class global team. You will dive deep into customer workflows, build custom integrations, and ensure our voice, creative, and API platforms deliver maximum impact for businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with high growth startups and major enterprises to design and implement tailored ElevenLabs solutions.
Write robust, scalable code to integrate our AI models and agent platforms into complex client infrastructures.
Troubleshoot technical hurdles, optimize performance, and provide hands on engineering support during critical deployments.
Translate real world user feedback directly into actionable insights for our core product and research teams.
Create developer documentation, code samples, and reference architectures to simplify adoption.

Requirements

Strong software engineering background with proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, TypeScript, or Go.
Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and maintaining production ready software systems and APIs.
Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguous technical requirements in fast paced environments.
Outstanding communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively bridge technical and non technical stakeholders.
A genuine passion for artificial intelligence, audio technology, and emerging media trends.
