This role is focused on driving customer acquisition, sales growth, and market expansion for the company’s cutting-edge Fiber to the Home (FTTH) and Wireless to the Home (WTTH) broadband solutions.

As a key player in the business development team, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential market opportunities, closing sales, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

The Fixed Broadband Business Executive will take charge of expanding the company's subscriber footprint through the following core activities:

  • Drive Sales & Growth: Lead aggressive customer acquisition campaigns for both FTTH and WTTH high-speed internet solutions.
  • Market Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customer segments, including residential estates, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and corporate organizations.
  • Client Education: Act as a product expert, educating prospective customers on available broadband packages, pricing tiers, and technological advantages.
  • Relationship Management: Foster trust and long-term satisfaction with existing customers to optimize retention and encourage referrals.
  • Territory Management: Conduct systematic field sales activities and market activations within assigned territories to maximize brand visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams to carry out site surveys and ensure seamless service installation and deployment.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor local market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to help position the company's offerings competitively.
  • Reporting: Compile and present weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and structured customer feedback to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical awareness and strong commercial acumen. The ideal candidate profile includes:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related academic discipline.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Telecommunications sales, Internet Service Provider (ISP) sales, broadband sales, or B2B/B2C technology sales.
  • Product Knowledge: A solid technical understanding of FTTH and WTTH delivery mechanisms and telecom terminology.
  • Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Core Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, coupled with a self-motivated approach to field sales.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Sales/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
