It is a full-time, direct W2 position, operating 100% remotely within the U.S., and presents significant potential for career advancement within our well-established and highly regarded organization.

We are offering a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $145,000 annually, reflecting your valuable experience. Key Responsibilities

Design and build robust software tooling specifically for semiconductor development.
Develop and implement firmware solutions that support critical stages from design to validation.
Create and maintain infrastructure essential for efficient semiconductor processes.
Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Partner with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) teams to build software that accelerates silicon development cycles.
Work to improve the yield, performance, and overall quality of semiconductor products.
Contribute to post-silicon validation efforts, ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of new designs.

Requirements

A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Firmware Software Engineering.
Demonstrated strong software engineering fundamentals.
Practical experience working effectively alongside hardware engineering teams.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in firmware development (e.g., C, C++).
Experience with embedded systems, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and direct hardware interaction.
Understanding of semiconductor design, verification, and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with software development for silicon validation and testing.
