We are a female-founded scale-up currently boasting around 100 team members spread across 26 countries. Following our successful Series A funding, we are gearing up for our upcoming Series B round. Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all statutory financial reporting, ensuring total compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with precision and efficiency.
Develop and strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and streamline operations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Prepare comprehensive financial statements, variance analyses, and management packs for leadership and stakeholders.
Assist with external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.

Requirements

Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and internal controls within a high-growth scale-up or fast-paced corporate environment.
Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, globally distributed team spanning various time zones.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, making it easy to collaborate with diverse colleagues worldwide.
