We're now seeking an exceptional Financial Planning & Analysis GTM Lead to join our team. This isn't just a remote position; it's a fully remote, worldwide opportunity for you to become the essential financial voice within our Revenue organization. You will partner directly with our Go-To-Market teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to drive strategic decision-making and ensure our continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll tackle a variety of critical tasks, including:

Develop and manage comprehensive financial models for revenue forecasting, sales compensation, and GTM expenses, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
Act as the trusted financial advisor to our Sales and Customer Success leadership, offering profound insights that guide strategic decisions and operational excellence.
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes specifically for the GTM functions, collaborating closely with department heads.
Analyze key performance indicators and sales funnel metrics, identifying critical trends and potential risks, then presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis for revenue operations, enhancing visibility and efficiency.
Support strategic initiatives such as market expansion, pricing strategies, and new product launches from a robust financial perspective.
Prepare detailed financial presentations for executive leadership and board members, communicating complex information with clarity and impact.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings a strong blend of experience and ambition:

5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a significant focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) functions within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
Proven track record of building sophisticated financial models and delivering insightful, data-driven analysis to senior stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations for non-finance stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must; experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
A strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, and dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA is a definite plus.
Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, globally distributed team setting.
