In this seat, you will handle multi entity reconciliations, keep books immaculately balanced, and build dependable tracking sheets that leadership can rely on. This is a full time, worldwide remote opportunity operating on standard United States business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily workflow will focus on keeping financial data pristine across several key areas

Reconcile accounts and maintain financial records across multiple business entities
Review every incoming and outgoing transaction to guarantee accurate categorization
Investigate discrepancies proactively and clean up discrepancies before month end closing
Assemble monthly financial reporting packs and management summaries
Create and maintain custom Google Sheets models to monitor ongoing cash flow and operational numbers
Ensure strict consistency between bookkeeping platforms, bank feeds, and internal tracking systems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following skills and experience

Proven background handling bookkeeping, reconciliation, and accounting tasks across multiple entities
Hands on mastery of QuickBooks along with advanced formula skills in Google Sheets
Exceptional analytical thinking and an eagle eye for catching small numerical errors
Reliable high speed internet setup and the discipline to thrive in an independent remote setting
Fluent written and verbal English communication abilities
Full availability to work standard U.S. business hours from anywhere across the globe
