Key Responsibilities

Prepare commission invoices to charter companies with absolute accuracy.
Manage accounting and financial reporting operations from end to end.
Produce reliable monthly management accounts.
Ensure bookkeeping, cash reporting, and operational data remain perfectly aligned across all systems.
Keep numbers consistent across accounting, cash, CRM, and management reporting dashboards.
Help the finance team build scalable, reliable processes as the business continues its rapid growth.
