Key Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure compliance with all statutory financial reporting requirements across various global jurisdictions.
Manage the company's adherence to all debt covenants, monitoring performance and proactively identifying any potential risks.
Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial policies and procedures that support effective compliance and reporting.
Collaborate closely with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Stay current with evolving accounting standards, regulatory changes, and compliance best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Implement and monitor internal controls related to financial reporting processes, enhancing operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on financial compliance matters.

Requirements

Proven extensive experience in financial compliance and reporting, preferably within a global organization.
Demonstrated expertise in managing statutory reporting requirements and debt covenant compliance.
Strong understanding of IFRS or US GAAP accounting principles and their practical application.
Relevant professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts clearly.
Proficiency with modern financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
