In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging technical excellence with stellar customer service. You will coordinate field technicians, manage client relationships, drive preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure that all operations strictly align with top-tier health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Rental & Field Service Operations: Oversee daily HVAC rental activities, schedule quarterly preventive maintenance, coordinate technician deployment, and ensure prompt invoicing and stock management.
- Maintenance Activities: Supervise AC repairs and maintenance, conduct site visits to assess faults, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate documentation of all completed service jobs.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce company HSE policies, conduct hazard assessments, ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and promote a proactive safety culture across all field locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC repair, maintenance, field service, or facilities management.
- Mandatory possession of HSE Levels 1, 2 & 3 certifications.
- Strong practical knowledge of air-conditioning installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools, with the ability to travel and work in the field as required.
