Job Summary
As a Field Promoter, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, managing, and engaging 'Meshayis' (informal noodle vendors) within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all vendors comply with brand standards and program mechanics while actively supporting program growth, market visibility, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and seamlessly onboard new Meshayis within designated territories.
- Actively engage and manage vendors to ensure strict adherence to program standards.
- Ensure that Meshayis consistently comply with brand presentation and program guidelines.
- Monitor brand collateral assigned to vendors to guarantee it is properly displayed, utilized, and secured.
- Collaborate closely with assigned sales representatives to ensure optimal stock availability and thorough stock validation.
- Maintain consistent, daily engagement with Meshayis to monitor their activities and support their growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports in a timely manner.
- Gather and provide valuable field insights, market feedback, and essential program updates.
- Identify high-potential recruitment locations and strategic expansion opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all Meshayis operating within your assigned areas.
