The Role
As a Field Marketer, you will serve as the primary face of our brand. You will be responsible for executing strategies that bridge the gap between our business solutions and our clients. From lead generation to executing high-impact events, your efforts will directly contribute to our sales objectives and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual field marketing plans that align with organizational revenue goals.
- Event Management: Plan and manage end-to-end marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and executive dinners.
- Sales Synergy: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and effective follow-up processes.
- Analytical Rigor: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-lead and conversion rates to maximize ROI.
- Asset Management: Oversee the production and inventory of promotional materials and sales collateral.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SSCE, HND, or OND certification.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in field marketing, event planning, or a related discipline.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for face-to-face client interactions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational capabilities with an acute attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Collaboration: A proven track record of working successfully with cross-functional teams.
