Key Responsibilities

As a Field Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's market presence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Promoting and marketing the company's polythene products to wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and industrial customers.
Conducting regular field visits to generate leads and secure sales.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Following up diligently on customer inquiries and orders.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Achieving assigned sales targets and submitting periodic sales reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum of OND, HND, BSc, or equivalent qualification.
Previous field marketing or sales experience is a must.
Must be physically fit and willing to work extensively in the field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good knowledge of Lagos markets and routes.
