Overview

In this role, you will take ownership of the rolling three month forecast utilizing advanced statistical models and key inputs for over 150 SKUs at the SKU depot level for the branch traditional trade channel. You will constantly coordinate, challenge, and refine building blocks alongside sales, marketing, and other vital partners. By reviewing disaggregated short term demand plans that cover SKU and location mix as well as weekly pacing, you ensure seamless execution from production to warehouse availability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain rolling three month forecasts for 150 plus SKUs using statistical models and partner inputs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to challenge and improve building blocks.
Review disaggregated short term demand plans including SKU and location mix alongside weekly pacing.
Deliver finalized detailed demand plans by SKU to supply planners and make adjustments based on operational feedback.
Contribute actively to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning process and help shape market strategy.
Bridge the gap between commercial and operational teams to continuously enhance communication and drive business KPIs.
Partner closely with the supply planning team to maximize product availability at the warehouse level.

Requirements

You should bring a solid background in demand planning, supply chain management, or a closely related field. Strong analytical skills and experience working with statistical forecasting models are essential for success. Because you will constantly liaise with commercial and operational stakeholders, exceptional communication and influencing skills are a must.
