Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily fiat reconciliation activities across all global entities and payment channels.
Monitor payment flows diligently, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all fiat transactions.
Conduct thorough balance validations for bank accounts, payment partner accounts, and internal treasury systems.
Implement and enforce robust treasury controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risks effectively.
Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies or exceptions in fiat movements.
Collaborate closely with internal finance, operations, and product teams to optimize treasury processes and systems.
Prepare detailed reports on treasury performance, reconciliation status, and control effectiveness for management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury systems and procedures, enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in treasury, finance, or accounting, with a strong emphasis on reconciliation and cash management.
Demonstrated experience managing complex financial data and high-volume payment flows, ideally within a global context.
A deep understanding of banking operations, various payment systems, and robust financial controls.
Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are paramount.
Proficiency with treasury management systems, ERP software, and advanced Excel.
The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
