As our FEDSIM Senior Slide Architect/Book Boss, you will act as a Visual Solution Designer, an integral part of our collaborative pursuit team. Your work will directly support high-stakes strategic contracts within our Mission Technology Solutions division. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing highly persuasive proposal content, ensuring our bids not only meet but exceed expectations and clearly communicate our innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of complex FEDSIM proposal slide decks and "books," translating intricate technical and strategic information into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Act as the primary "Book Boss," overseeing the entire document lifecycle from initial concept to final submission, ensuring alignment with client requirements and KBR's strategic objectives.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, capture managers, and proposal writers to integrate diverse inputs into a cohesive and persuasive story.
Develop and enforce visual communication standards, templates, and best practices across all proposal efforts.
Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions, providing constructive guidance to team members on content, graphics, and overall presentation effectiveness.
Ensure all proposal materials are compliant with solicitation requirements, professionally polished, and ready for high-stakes presentations.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence in visual solution design and proposal development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in proposal processes and tools to enhance efficiency and win rates.

Requirements

Extensive experience in developing and architecting high-stakes government proposals, specifically with a strong background in FEDSIM acquisitions.
Proven ability to visualize and transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive graphical content.
Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in graphic design principles and presentation tools, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant software.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
A deep understanding of the government contracting lifecycle and proposal best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of quality.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related technical discipline.
