Overview

Mind Computing seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to champion federal growth, capture, and solution development initiatives. While your primary focus will center on the Department of Veterans Affairs, you will also support critical missions for the DoD, DHA, CMS, and HHS. Your mission is to translate high-level federal requirements into practical, scalable, secure, and differentiated architectures. You must reside within the continental US for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Independently develop, write, and refine proposal-ready technical narratives for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, task orders, and white papers.
Translate solicitation requirements and SME input into clear, persuasive, evaluator-focused responses.
Review technical proposal content to guarantee that solutions remain compliant, feasible, and fully aligned with customer objectives.
Partner closely with Growth, Capture, Proposal, Delivery, Engineering, Pricing, and Executive teams to build winning solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in designing complex enterprise technology solutions within the federal sector.
Deep familiarity with federal agencies including the VA, DoD, DHA, CMS, or HHS.
Expertise spanning healthcare IT, cloud ecosystems, data interoperability, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and Generative AI.
Exceptional technical writing skills with a strong track record of crafting winning proposal narratives.
Residency within the continental United States.
