Key Responsibilities

You will dive deep into numbers to find out what keeps policyholders loyal and where we can improve. Your day involves gathering and evaluating critical data that drives our retention initiatives forward. By analyzing this information carefully, you will directly support the retention leader in building comprehensive monthly report outs. Beyond just crunching numbers, you will take part in product development and innovation by helping drive continuous improvement for existing and new offerings. We want someone who always keeps the user experience front and center as we push concepts all the way through to production.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you need a solid professional background paired with the right technical skills. We are looking for candidates who bring 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience to the table along with a completed bachelor degree in analytics. Because you will collaborate across international teams, fluent English skills are an absolute must. You should also bring hands on experience working directly with customer retention processes. While not strictly mandatory, having a background working within insurance companies will give your application a serious boost.
