Overview
Welo Global is actively seeking highly skilled Farsi to English translators to support a crucial Life Sciences program with a strong focus on pharmacovigilance. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere across the globe. You will be instrumental in translating complex medical and clinical content, collaborating closely with our international team to uphold the highest standards of linguistic accuracy and medical integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate specialized pharmacovigilance content from Farsi (fas-IR) into both UK English (en-GB) and US English (en-US).
- Execute comprehensive copy editing tasks, ensuring stylistic consistency and grammatical correctness across all deliverables.
- Perform machine translation post-editing (MTPE) to refine output for optimal clarity and accuracy.
- Consistently meet demanding project deadlines and fulfill all specific client requirements.
- Operate proficiently within our proprietary systems and various client-provided Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools, including XTM.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expert proficiency in translating documents within the Life Sciences sector, particularly in pharmacovigilance.
- A solid grasp of intricate medical terminology and applicable regulatory standards is essential.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail, enabling consistent delivery of high-quality translations within tight schedules.
