The Role: Factory Officer

The Factory Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining seamless production workflows, ensuring safety standards are met, and driving operational efficiency on the factory floor. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate daily tasks, supervise teams, and ensure that machinery and materials are utilized to their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Planning & Execution: Oversee and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure targets are met efficiently and on time.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate factory floor workers and production teams, fostering a collaborative and highly productive work environment.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Regularly inspect and monitor factory machinery and production equipment to ensure safety compliance and minimize operational downtime.
  • Quality Control & Reporting: Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards while generating detailed reports on daily operational output and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and a solid background in industrial operations. The ideal candidate must possess:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience supervising factory or production operations.
  • A strong background within the Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, Grain Processing, or Agro-processing industries.
  • Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in production planning, operational reporting, and equipment troubleshooting.
