As a Facility Plumber at Lily Hospitals, you will play a critical role in maintaining the seamless day-to-day operations of our medical facilities. Your expertise will ensure that our water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems remain in peak condition, directly supporting a safe, hygienic, and healing environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, sanitary, and heating systems.
Diagnose plumbing faults, leaks, blockages, and equipment failures swiftly and effectively.
Fit and repair pipes, fixtures, taps, toilets, sinks, showers, and water heaters.
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders accurately.
Carry out both planned preventative maintenance and urgent emergency plumbing work.
Maintain accurate records of completed work, equipment serviced, and materials used.
Comply strictly with all health, safety, and company operating procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

Relevant plumbing qualification, completed apprenticeship, or extensive proven practical experience.
Demonstrable experience working in domestic and/or commercial plumbing environments.
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
A solid understanding of plumbing regulations and health and safety requirements.
The ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
