The Role

As our Facilities Services Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our technical facility management operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our assets are maintained to the highest standards of reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance and lifecycle management of all MEP systems, ensuring maximum asset uptime.
Oversee critical infrastructure, including HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs), vertical transportation (lifts/elevators), and building fabric maintenance.
Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians, as well as specialist contractors, to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee maintenance budgets, ensuring cost optimization and alignment with company financial targets.
Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and stringent HSE standards.
Drive innovation in energy efficiency and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering.
Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Facility Management within large commercial or industrial facilities.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in lift/elevator management, HVAC, BMS, and CMMS.
Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams and stakeholder relationships.
Professionalism: COREN registration or IFMA (FMP, SFP, CFM) certifications are highly desirable.
Location: Applicants must currently reside in Asaba, Delta State.
