As our Facilities Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the physical presence of Local Infusion. This is a crucial role focused on new center development and the seamless, ongoing facility operations spanning our entire national portfolio. Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts across a broad spectrum of facility management activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading the planning, design, and successful execution of new infusion centers from conception to grand opening.
- Overseeing all aspects of ongoing facility operations, ensuring an optimal and safe environment for patients and staff alike.
- Developing and managing comprehensive maintenance programs, including preventative, corrective, and emergency services.
- Sourcing, evaluating, and managing relationships with a diverse network of vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Preparing and meticulously managing facility budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Ensuring all facilities comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and company policies.
- Coordinating with internal teams, including clinical operations, IT, and real estate, to support facility needs and strategic initiatives.
- Implementing and refining facility management processes and procedures to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Responding promptly to facility-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating resolutions with minimal disruption.
- Contributing to the development of long-term facility strategies that align with Local Infusion's growth trajectory.
Requirements
To thrive in this position, you will need a strong foundation of experience and a proactive approach. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with a significant portion in a multi-site or national portfolio.
- Proven experience in new facility build-outs, construction oversight, and tenant improvements.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget administration.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, ADA).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, effective at all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency with facility management software and standard office applications.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment.
