In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the absolute stability, integrity, and peak performance of our core infrastructure. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that operates on a unique schedule covering Thursday to Saturday from 12 pm to 12 am. Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize storage, virtualized environments, servers, and vital productivity tools.
Keep a close eye on infrastructure components regarding performance, capacity, uptime, and potential failures.
Execute seamless storage and server implementations, including crucial software and firmware updates.
Administer multi-site high availability solutions such as active clusters and data replication.
Troubleshoot and squash infrastructure issues spanning hardware, software, and networking layers.
Operate within strict timeframes while strictly following change management protocols to guarantee maximum uptime.
Implement and audit security policies to keep all systems locked down and compliant.

Requirements

Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, storage, and virtualized server environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for diagnosing tricky hardware and software failures under pressure.
Exceptional communication abilities to coordinate effectively with team members across different time zones.
Familiarity with high availability architectures, clustering, and data replication strategies.
A deep understanding of IT security best practices and formal change management procedures.
Flexibility to commit to the Thursday through Saturday shift from 12 pm to 12 am.
