The Role: Senior Event Planner
In this dynamic and highly impactful role, you will be responsible for creating high-profile experiences. This goes beyond traditional logistics; you will guide projects from the initial pitch and creative concept through to final post-event analysis. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, and premium events.
- Managing comprehensive event budgets, project timelines, and vendor relations.
- Overseeing on-site production to ensure every aspect of execution is flawless.
- Collaborating closely with creative, design, and production teams to bring the brand's vision to life.
Who You Are
We are seeking a seasoned professional who thrives under pressure and possesses a deep passion for experiential storytelling. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- 10+ years of experience in event planning, production, or experiential marketing.
- A proven track record of managing and executing large-scale, high-impact events successfully.
- Expertise in budgeting, strategic vendor negotiation, complex logistics, and on-site coordination.
- An exceptional ability to remain calm under pressure and proactively solve problems before they arise.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across multidisciplinary creative teams.
