About the Role: Event Activation Manager
As an Event Activation Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the comprehensive planning and flawless execution of brand activations, product launches, and experiential campaigns. This position demands a creative mind, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of audience engagement within the entertainment sector. You will be instrumental in bringing our clients' visions to life, ensuring every activation delivers maximum impact and aligns with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Activation Execution & Support: You will actively assist in developing innovative activation concepts and detailed run-of-shows, ensuring every element is meticulously planned. Your support will be vital for on-ground experiences, guaranteeing smooth delivery and exceptional execution.
- Vendor & Production Coordination: Efficiently track production timelines and collaborate with vendors to ensure all experiential assets, branding materials, and structures are delivered precisely as specified and on schedule.
- Brand & Visual Consistency: Maintain stringent oversight to ensure all onsite branding, signage, and marketing materials adhere strictly to both client and agency brand guidelines, upholding visual integrity across all activations.
- Audience Engagement: Coordinate and manage event staff, promoters, and volunteers, providing clear direction to ensure audience engagement mechanics are implemented effectively and brand messaging is delivered with clarity and impact.
- Past Event Documentation: Meticulously compile comprehensive event reports and gather valuable feedback. These insights will be crucial for client debriefs, future strategy development, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in event management and a proven track record of delivering impactful experiential campaigns:
- A minimum of 2-5+ years of demonstrable experience in event management, brand activations, or experiential marketing.
- An established network within the entertainment industry, providing valuable connections and insights.
- Hands-on experience with comprehensive event planning and brand partnerships activations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex logistics and timelines efficiently.
- Prior experience working within the entertainment, media, or youth-focused brands sector.
- The inherent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
