Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit daily performance reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Analyze key performance indicator (KPI) variations, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
Provide essential support to leadership, offering data driven insights to inform strategic decision making.
Monitor operational indicators closely, proactively addressing any deviations from targets.
Offer direct support to the operational teams, ensuring smooth workflows and problem resolution.
Maintain and update databases daily, feeding all developed dashboards within the Management Information System (MIS) area.
Automate various processes to guarantee timely updates and improve the efficiency of database loads.
Manage the successful delivery of MIS outputs and projects.
Track and report on deviations in results and indicators generated by the MIS.
Provide crucial models and information to support diverse MIS activities.
Engage in negotiations regarding scope, priority, and requirements for new MIS reports and tools.
Ensure the highest quality of deliverables and strict adherence to all requested requirements.

Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age.
Hold a completed higher education degree, with a preference for Exact Sciences or Administration backgrounds.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, coupled with a critical yet constructive vision.
Possess a keen eye for detail and precision in all tasks.
