Your primary goal will be to significantly scale indirect revenue and redefine our partners' journey, making it exceptionally efficient, automated, and deeply data-oriented. Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement smart technical solutions to solve complex business challenges within our partner operations.
- Drive the automation of intricate processes, enhancing the efficiency of our partner journey.
- Integrate diverse APIs to ensure seamless data flow and connectivity across various platforms.
- Develop custom internal tools and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using low-code methodologies.
- Manage and manipulate databases effectively to support operational needs and data-driven decisions.
- Explore and implement AI agents to further enhance automation and operational intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to continuously optimize partner processes and revenue generation.
Requirements
- A strong "Builder / Low-Coder" mindset, with a proven ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated passion for solving real-world business problems through technical architecture.
- Proficiency in working with API documentation and successfully integrating external services.
- Experience in developing custom internal tools or MVPs, ideally within low-code environments.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and practical experience with data manipulation.
- Familiarity with RevOps principles, particularly as they apply to partner ecosystems and channel operations.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, essential for a remote, global team.
