Overview

As our ERP System Administrator for Acumatica, you will be a vital individual contributor within Alimentiv's Corporate Digital Enablement function. You will serve as the primary functional and technical owner of our Acumatica ERP platform, which underpins our Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Project accounting operations. This is a hands-on administration role, requiring you to configure, operate, and continuously enhance our Acumatica environment. A significant part of this role will also involve supporting the buildout of Acumatica's procurement functionality, assisting our Corporate and Clinical operations as Alimentiv's procurement function grows. You'll also take ownership of the operational health for our SAP Concur–Acumatica integration, powered by Celigo middleware, and play a central operational role in our planned annual Acumatica upgrades. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Acumatica administrator across our Alimentiv instance, overseeing its configuration, user access, security settings, workflow management, and module operations.
Design and implement effective Finance solutions by leveraging Acumatica's native capabilities.
Actively support the expansion and enhancement of Acumatica's procurement functionality, providing essential assistance to both Corporate and Clinical operations as our procurement processes evolve.
Maintain the operational health and integrity of the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration, which relies on Celigo middleware.
Take a central operational role in planning and executing the company's annual Acumatica upgrades.
Continuously identify opportunities to configure, operate, and improve the Acumatica platform for optimal performance and user experience.

Requirements

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Acumatica System Administrator.
Hands-on Expertise: Strong background in Acumatica configuration, user management, security protocols, and workflow design.
Functional Understanding: Familiarity with financial operations, procurement processes, and project accounting within an ERP system.
Integration Savvy: Experience with ERP system integrations, specifically involving middleware like Celigo, is highly valued.
Upgrade Management: A solid understanding of system upgrades and release management processes.
