Overview

As our new Epic ASAP Senior Analyst, you will provide top tier EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting services for Nordic clients. You will handle the day to day heavy lifting with guidance and support from our Application Advisors. Your work will directly impact patient safety and financial integrity, meaning every single task you tackle has a real world purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Performing advanced troubleshooting and problem solving within your application to ensure the integrity, integration, and stability of electronic health record systems for complex customers.
Fulfilling system requests by performing thorough issue analysis, translating user needs into detailed requirement specifications, and executing system builds and testing.
Analyzing existing workflows, system setups, and conducting system audits while actively participating in major system upgrades and rigorous testing cycles.
Exercising moderate judgment and contributing to important decisions under supervision to support managed services customers effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you need deep hands on experience with the Epic ASAP module and a solid track record of handling builds, upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting in healthcare settings.
