Overview

This is a full-time, entry-level position that is completely remote and open to candidates worldwide. You will manage the vital human elements of our business, ensuring our remote team feels supported from their very first day.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire onboarding journey from handling paperwork and setting up tools to hosting welcome calls.
Collaborate closely with team leads to ensure new hires receive proper support throughout their crucial first weeks.
Maintain accurate employee data including contract dates, leave balances, birthdays, and personnel updates.
Act as the friendly first point of contact for any HR-related questions from our global remote crew.
Draft clear internal communications ranging from new company policies to process guides and team updates.
Keep our digital human resources files impeccably organized and ready for any review.
Facilitate smooth offboarding experiences when team members move on to new chapters.

Requirements

You do not need a decade of experience for this role, but you do need an organized mindset and a genuine passion for supporting people. Strong written communication skills are a must since we operate entirely online. You should feel comfortable handling sensitive information with confidentiality and possess a natural knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
