Enterprise Systems Administrator
Are you the kind of person who looks at a request and immediately thinks, “Why are they really asking for this?” Do you love connecting the dots between complex systems, finding elegant solutions, and empowering others to work smarter? We're on the hunt for a brilliant engineering-minded owner of our critical Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. This isn't about clearing a ticket queue; it’s about strategically optimizing CRM, marketing automation, CPQ, and all the surrounding tools, turning business challenges into seamless, integrated solutions. If you enjoy diving deep into how systems interact and building for the future, you’ll fit right in.
Overview
As an integral part of our Enterprise Systems team, you will serve as our GTM Systems Engineer. This is a fully remote, full-time employee role available in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden. For candidates based in Eastern Europe or Portugal, we are also open to contractor arrangements. You’ll take the reins on the systems that power our Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams, ensuring they function as a cohesive and optimized whole. We’ll empower you with cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate your work and provide a robust internal engineering team for collaborative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our Go-To-Market systems, understanding how CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools share data and designing every change with their intricate connections in mind.
- Master the art of translating business requests into core problems, then proposing thoughtful options, explaining trade-offs clearly, and confidently guiding stakeholders toward the best solutions, even if it means saying “no” or “not like that.”
- Work proactively to build scalable, self-service solutions, aiming to resolve issues once and empower business teams to handle future needs independently without constantly filing new requests.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams, leveraging their expertise to implement robust and sustainable system enhancements.
- Regularly utilize advanced AI tools to streamline development, accelerate problem-solving, and build solutions more efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in owning and optimizing complex Go-To-Market systems, including expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ platforms.
- A genuine engineering mindset, characterized by a deep desire to understand system architecture, data flow, and the interconnectedness of various tools.
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes behind business requests, articulate problems clearly, and design comprehensive solutions that consider downstream impacts.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and managing expectations effectively.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a focus on building scalable, long-term solutions rather than just patching immediate issues.
- Eligible to work as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden, or as a contractor in Eastern Europe or Portugal.
What You'll Gain
- The opportunity to profoundly impact critical business operations at a leading cloud technology company.
- A collaborative and supportive remote work environment that values innovation and autonomy.
- Exposure to and hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance your daily work.
- Professional growth through challenging projects and continuous learning opportunities within a dynamic industry.
- The chance to work alongside talented individuals and contribute to a culture that champions problem-solving and efficiency.
