As our new Enterprise Standards Analyst, you act as a vital bridge between high-level business goals and everyday execution. You will guide process improvements, train team members on new ways of working, and audit our systems to ensure everything runs like clockwork. Key Responsibilities
- Align daily workflows with Blattner business goals by refining and rolling out new procedures.
- Partner with various market segments and departments to design and execute standardized processes.
- Spot risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies before they slow us down, escalating complex issues when needed.
- Communicate smoothly with every affected area of the business during operational transitions.
- Work alongside subject matter experts and project teams to solve pain points and build out future operating states.
Requirements
- Solid experience in analyzing and optimizing operational systems or process improvement programs.
- Strong background in developing, implementing, training, and auditing organizational standards.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse departments across a remote environment.
