We are looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will act as the technical backbone of our sales process, guiding prospective enterprise clients through complex architectures and showing them how our unified platform solves their toughest safety challenges. This is a fully remote position and open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the enterprise sales team to drive revenue by leading technical discovery calls and tailored product demonstrations.
Architect custom security solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing customer infrastructure and workflows.
Address advanced technical inquiries regarding cloud architecture, API integrations, data privacy, and network security.
Design proof of concept deployments and guide clients through successful technical evaluations.
Bridge the gap between customers and our product engineering teams by sharing valuable field feedback and feature requests.

Requirements

Proven technical sales experience working with enterprise software, cloud platforms, or IoT solutions.
Strong foundational knowledge of networking, IP video systems, access control, or physical security technologies.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
A self motivated mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, fully remote environment.
