In this crucial Enterprise Implementation Consultant role, you will lead the initial phase of our top customers' journeys. Key Responsibilities: Architecting Customer Success

Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, particularly those within German-speaking markets.
End-to-End Implementation Leadership: Own the complete customer implementation lifecycle, from initial planning and discovery to solution configuration, user training, and successful go-live.
Solution Design and Configuration: Translate complex customer operational requirements into tailored Samsara solutions. Guide clients through best practices for configuring and integrating our platform.
Project Management Excellence: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with customer executive teams, IT departments, and operational leaders. Build strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
Training and Adoption: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customer teams, ensuring they are proficient in using Samsara products and maximizing their value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal sales, product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements: What You'll Bring to Samsara

Proven Implementation Track Record: At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, professional services, or technical consulting roles, ideally within SaaS, IoT, or operational technology.
German Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English. You must be able to confidently conduct technical discussions, presentations, and training in German.
Enterprise Client Expertise: Demonstrated success working with large, complex organizations, navigating intricate stakeholder landscapes, and managing high-value projects.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, IoT ecosystems, and data integration concepts. Ability to grasp complex technical details and explain them clearly.
