You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, engaging with visionary leaders who want to transform their customer service operations through artificial intelligence. Backed by top-tier investors like Accel and Bessemer, Ada gives you the platform, the product, and the strategic backing you need to close high-impact deals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing within the DACH and Nordics enterprise markets.
Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Partner closely with solutions engineering and customer success teams to deliver tailored AI transformation strategies.
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement accurately within a high-growth environment.
Represent Ada at industry events and evangelize the future of automated customer interactions.

Requirements

Proven track record of quota-outperformance selling complex enterprise software or SaaS solutions.
Deep familiarity with the DACH and Nordics business landscapes, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
Fluency in English and professional proficiency in German is a strong advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high autonomy.
