Key Responsibilities

Accurately and precisely translate complex life sciences documents from English into native Estonian, ensuring fidelity to the source text's meaning and intent.
Specialize in translating content related to clinical trials, pharmacovigilance reports, regulatory submissions, and medical device documentation, among other specialized texts.
Ensure all translated materials adhere strictly to relevant industry regulations, client-specific style guides, and terminology glossaries.
Maintain linguistic quality and consistency across all projects, utilizing translation memory and terminology management tools effectively.
Conduct thorough linguistic quality assurance and proofreading of your own work and potentially that of others, guaranteeing error-free deliverables.
Collaborate with project managers and other linguists to resolve linguistic queries and ensure project success.
Consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

Native fluency in Estonian and an exceptional command of the English language.
A minimum of three years of professional translation experience, specifically within the life sciences sector.
Demonstrated expertise in translating documents related to clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and medical devices is essential.
Relevant academic background in Translation, Linguistics, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
