Key Responsibilities

Deliver Engaging Instruction: Lead small groups of students, fostering a deep understanding of English core skills. Your goal is to build lasting knowledge and help students achieve top scores on college entrance exams like the ACT and SAT.
Monitor Student Progress: Carefully track each student's development throughout Vanguard's distinctive multi-phase curriculum. Provide personalized feedback and create opportunities for continuous growth and improvement.
Maintain Professional Standards: Proactively manage and update student lesson schedules. Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism and dedication in all interactions.

Requirements

A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, writing, and reading comprehension.
Prior experience teaching or tutoring English, ideally within a college preparatory or similar academic setting.
Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and tracking student progress effectively.
