The Role

As a Reliability Engineer III, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks across the product lifecycle. This is a critical role that balances maintenance program design, loss elimination, and lifecycle asset management. You will act as a subject matter expert, facilitating processes that drive production availability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on cause-and-effect methodology to drive problem resolution.
Manage production availability threats and maintain a comprehensive threats database.
Analyze unit performance data and benchmark equipment against industry standards.
Identify high-impact opportunities for capacity utilization and risk mitigation.
Lead complex technical projects and incorporate industry advancements into facility operations.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to senior engineering leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated technical expertise in one or more reliability categories.
Proven business acumen with a history of delivering high-value contributions.
Strong data manipulation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and apply innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Previous experience working with multiple client companies or industry associations is highly preferred.
