Overview

We are seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead a high performing team dedicated to building and scaling our next generation wealth management application. In this role, you will guide brilliant engineers, shape technical roadmaps, and deliver seamless financial experiences to millions of users globally. This is a fully remote position that welcomes applicants from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of software engineers building cutting edge wealth management features.
Drive the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of scalable mobile and web financial products.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver product milestones.
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, high accountability, and continuous learning.
Ensure system reliability, robust security standards, and optimal performance across all deployed features.

Requirements

Strong background in software engineering with a proven track record of leading high performing technical teams.
Deep experience building and scaling consumer facing applications, preferably in fintech, banking, or wealth management.
Solid understanding of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and mobile first development.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non technical stakeholders.
