Key Responsibilities

Translate overarching company strategies into clear, actionable goals and roadmaps for your engineering team.
Champion continuous improvement, meticulously monitoring technological trends and identifying opportunities to enhance our products and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Lead critical engineering projects from conception through to successful delivery, overseeing technical design, resource allocation, and timely execution.
Provide strong mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for your team members, fostering their growth and career progression.
Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other stakeholders to refine requirements, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure the technical health and scalability of our platforms, advocating for best practices in architecture, code quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role within a software engineering team, ideally as an Engineering Manager or a Senior Team Lead.
