Overview

We are searching for an Engineering Manager to lead our Growth Engineering squads and accelerate how we deliver business impact through product-led growth. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity where you will inherit an established squad and help build out a second one. Your mission is to create a unified engineering organization with high technical standards and a culture centered on user activation, adoption, and monetization.

Requirements

Proven experience leading software engineering teams, ideally in a growth or product-led environment.
Strong background in modern web technologies and a solid understanding of software architecture.
A passion for coaching engineers and helping them reach their full potential.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a distributed, remote team setup.
