Overview

Testlio runs a fully managed crowdsourced testing platform that connects expert testers into any release cycle. We cover over six hundred thousand devices, hundreds of payment methods, and dozens of languages. As our new Engineering Manager for EMEA Core, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering. You will own the technical roadmap and delivery for the very capabilities that form the core of our client experience while elevating operational standards and modernizing the legacy systems that have powered our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a talented engineering team focused on the core pillars of the Testlio platform.
Drive the technical direction and successful delivery of features that clients use daily to plan and manage testing.
Integrate advanced AI agent workflows directly into core capabilities, moving far beyond basic assistive tools.
Raise engineering operating standards and modernize existing architectures to scale for future demands.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering leaders to align on strategic company goals.
