The Opportunity

As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical engineering aspects of the 9800 TCD project, ensuring that our ambitious growth targets are met with precision and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all electrical engineering facets of the project implementation.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and project consultants to ensure seamless site operations.
- Monitor and report on monthly progress and project milestones.
- Ensure that all equipment and installations adhere to rigorous design requirements and industry best practices.
- Champion a culture of health and safety for all personnel on-site.
Who We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in large-scale manufacturing environments. Our ideal candidate brings:
- Education: B-Tech, BE, or BSc in Electrical Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional Certification: COREN, NSE, or related professional qualifications are highly valued.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in a Cane Sugar Factory setting.
- Soft Skills: You are a natural leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, capable of managing diverse teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
