We are looking for an Engineering Manager for Cloud Networking to guide our brilliant team of four infrastructure experts. You will step in to own the edge networking and cloud architecture that powers a high traffic public platform. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide, giving you the freedom to do your best work from wherever you feel most inspired. Key Responsibilities

Direct the daily growth, mentorship, and career trajectory of a talented team of four engineers.
Shape the technical strategy for essential edge services including CloudFront, WAF, and Route53.
Manage internal cloud networking foundations such as VPCs and Transit Gateways to handle massive daily traffic volumes.
Partner closely with Cloud Governance, SEO, Platform, and InfoSec teams to keep our infrastructure secure and performant.
Balance technical debt with new product roadmap demands to maintain a predictable delivery schedule.

Requirements

Proven experience leading and coaching software or infrastructure engineering teams.
Deep working knowledge of cloud networking architectures, DNS routing, and web application firewalls.
A strong track record of collaborating across cross functional departments to resolve complex infrastructure challenges.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for employee retention and technical excellence.
