This is a fully remote role open to exceptional legal professionals worldwide. You will partner closely with our People team to navigate complex global employment landscapes, scale our remote workforce policies, and support our incredible Wizards across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic, pragmatic advice on day-to-day employment law matters across multiple international jurisdictions.
Draft, review, and continuously improve employment agreements, contractor arrangements, and internal company policies.
Partner with the People team on employee relations, performance management, leaves of absence, and complex accommodations.
Manage outside counsel efficiently when local expertise is required in international regions.
Stay ahead of emerging employment regulations, remote work legislation, and global compliance trends.
Support corporate transactions and internal restructuring initiatives from an employment law perspective.

Requirements

Law degree and active license to practice law in your home jurisdiction.
Substantial experience practicing employment law, ideally with a mix of top-tier law firm training and in-house experience at a high-growth technology company.
Deep understanding of international employment regulations, remote work compliance, and cross-border hiring practices.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for business leaders.
A proactive mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine enthusiasm for problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.
