Our Global Insights team acts as Reddit’s central hub of knowledge, expertly translating first party and third party data into actionable insights about people, communities, and cultural conversations. This team plays a crucial role in helping our Sales, B2B Marketing, and Consumer Marketing teams effectively articulate Reddit’s immense value to both advertisers and consumers. We are seeking an EMEA Insights Lead to join our growing Global Insights team. This fully remote role is open to candidates across the EMEA region, offering a worldwide opportunity to shape Reddit's future within one of the internet's most dynamic companies. You will be instrumental in both commercial and consumer insights, helping advertisers connect more strategically on Reddit while also supporting Reddit’s overall growth and positioning among consumers throughout the region. As the first dedicated Insights hire with a focus on Germany, you will have a unique opportunity to build and establish our presence in a key market.

Key Responsibilities

Translate complex data from various sources into clear, actionable insights for commercial and consumer stakeholders across EMEA.
Develop compelling thought leadership, presentations, and sales collateral that demonstrate Reddit’s unique value to potential advertisers.
Conduct in depth market research to understand consumer behaviors, cultural nuances, and competitive landscapes specific to key EMEA markets.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify strategic opportunities and address business challenges with data driven recommendations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators for both commercial success and consumer engagement, offering strategic guidance for optimization.
Act as an internal expert on EMEA market trends, consumer psychology, and advertising effectiveness on the Reddit platform.
Champion a culture of data informed decision making across the EMEA organization.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience in consumer or commercial insights, market research, or a related analytical field within the EMEA region.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize diverse data sets into clear, compelling narratives and actionable strategies.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences, from sales teams to executive leadership.
Experience working with advertising platforms, digital media, or social media companies is highly preferred.
Proficiency with various research methodologies, data analysis tools, and storytelling techniques.
A self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable building new functions and driving initiatives independently.
Fluency in English is essential; additional fluency in German or other major EMEA languages is a strong plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
