We are looking for an Embedded AI Expert to step in and work hand in hand with our clients in a deeply tactical, hands on role. This is a fully remote position that you can do from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with major enterprise customers to deploy and optimize our unified AI platform.
Drive tactical execution of AI models and conversational agents tailored to specific business needs.
Bridge the gap between complex technical AI capabilities and everyday customer service operations.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and fine tune system performance to maximize revenue and efficiency gains for clients.
Collaborate closely with our world class engineering and product teams to share real world customer insights.

Requirements

Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a closely related technical field.
Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients or stakeholders in a technical consulting or implementation capacity.
Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in fast paced environments.
Solid understanding of conversational AI, natural language processing, or contact center technologies.
Independent work ethic and the self motivation to thrive in a global remote team.
